Now more than fifty days since I placed order for nickel silver ferrules and still not received. I have asked repeatedly for refund but not received either. Impossible to deal with this company so have referred case to Paypal.

I ordered nickel silver ferrules on 3rd December and still not received more than 50 days later. Impossible to get any sense out of this company so have referred the case to Paypal for resolution.
